
day 73 of self-quarantine: the long weekend is officially over. while all of america spent the weekend on the traditional barbecues, we decided to do something different: dedicated each day to a different cuisine to imitate a trip around the world. we toured italy, greece and iran and indulged in the best skewers, pasta and rice.
but it’s a new week and we can’t wait to get back to lighter homemade food and nourishing our body.
to this end, we decided to pack our smoothie of the day with veggies while keeping it playful and tropical. pro tip: no matter how much spinach you add to your bowl, the taste won’t change — but you will pack your smoothie with extra vitamins and minerals.

1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
3/4 cup frozen spinach (can add more for more volume and nutrition 🤓)
1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
A splash of almond milk to get the blender going
